What does it cost to have VendWell at our property?
Absolutely nothing. There's no equipment fee, no service charge, and no labor on your part. We take care of everything — and we pay you.
What's the difference between a vending machine and a smart store?
Smart stores function like advanced vending machines — customers scan their payment, open the door, grab multiple items, then close the door to check out. Micromarkets look like a mini convenience store with open shelving and a checkout kiosk. Both are cashless, modern, and completely hands-off for your team.
How often is the machine restocked?
Usually 1–2 times per week, but our back-end software monitors inventory in real time so we can respond to high usage before the machine ever runs low.
Can we request specific products?
Yes — the product mix is customized to the people who use your space. Just let us know what they love.
What do we need to provide?
Just a high-foot-traffic location and a standard power outlet. That's it.
What if someone has an issue with a purchase?
VendWell handles all customer service and refund requests directly. Your leasing team never needs to get involved.
